Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device using Swift Data to enhance your study experience:

• Study Preferences: Your preferred study settings and progress through the test materials

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties. It remains stored on your device until you uninstall the App.

RevenueCat for In-App Purchases

The App uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect limited information to process purchases and manage subscriptions, including:

• Device identifiers (to sync purchases across your devices)
• Purchase and subscription information
• App version and platform information

RevenueCat does not collect any personal information such as your name, email, or payment details. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store.

Apple App Store

When you make purchases through the App, your payment information is processed by Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles your data.

We take data security seriously. The local data stored by the App is protected by your device's built-in security measures. Purchase and subscription data handled by RevenueCat is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption.

Data Retention

Local data stored on your device remains until you uninstall the App. Purchase and subscription data is retained by RevenueCat as needed to manage your subscriptions and is subject to their data retention policies.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information directly, there is limited data for you to access or delete. However, you can:

• Delete all local data by uninstalling the App
• Manage your subscription and purchase history through your Apple ID Account Settings
